Cornflake Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 8 Drumsticks
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • Coating:
  • 1 1/2 cups Cornflake Crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400.
Remove skin from drumsticks and place in a cheesecloth bag.
Mix together the dressing ingredients and smear generously onto chicken.
Combine coating ingredients in ziploc bag.
One at a time, place drumsticks in bag and shake to coat.
Place drumsticks in a 9x13.
Cover with skins in cheese cloth.
Bake for 3 hours.
