Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 2/3 c light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c hot water
  • 2 stiff beaten egg whites
  • dash salt
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 1 T shredded orange peel

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water. Heat slowly stirring til sugar is dissolved. Then boy without stirring to fireball. (248) Gradually beat into stiff egg whites, add salt and vanilla. Cool. Fold in mayo and orange peel
