Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Place beans and water in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until tender. Drain and keep warm. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute. Pour over beans; toss to coat. Stir in parsley.
