Pasta Fagioli

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 lg. Cannelloni beans or 2 sm.
  • 4 small cans tomato sauce
  • 3 cans water
  • 3/4 stick of sliced pepperoni
  • pinch basil
  • pinch oregano
  • 3/4 box ditalini, cooked and save 1 cup pasta water

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up pepperoni.
Saute in oil with garlic for a few mins.
Add tomato sauce sauce and water
Cook about 1/2 hr. to 45 mins until thickened a little
Add pasta, if sauce is too thick add a little of the pasta water.
