Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 lg. Cannelloni beans or 2 sm.
- 4 small cans tomato sauce
- 3 cans water
- 3/4 stick of sliced pepperoni
- pinch basil
- pinch oregano
- 3/4 box ditalini, cooked and save 1 cup pasta water
Preparation
Step 1
Cut up pepperoni.
Saute in oil with garlic for a few mins.
Add tomato sauce sauce and water
Cook about 1/2 hr. to 45 mins until thickened a little
Add pasta, if sauce is too thick add a little of the pasta water.
