mexican dip (dam dip)

Ingredients

  • 2-3 6.5oz Frito's bean dip
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz soft cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp mayo
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (use 1/2 a lemon)
  • Tomatoes
  • green onion
  • black olives
  • cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spread bean dip on bottom of the pan. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Mix cream cheese, sour cream mayo and garlic powder. Spread this layer over cheese. Blend the avocado, onions and lemon juice, until smoooth and spread over top. Decorate top with tomatoes, green onion, black olives and shredded cheddar cheese.
