Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 sliced Vidalia onion
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Chopped scallions

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onions, cook, stirring, until soft, about 15 minutes. Add ketchup, red wine vinegar, sugar, hot sauce, and salt and pepper to taste and heat through. Stir in scallions.
