Desert Marinade

Ingredients

• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 T. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 3 T. Renee's Desert Rub (www.azemporium.com)
• 2 T. chives
• 1 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and place in a resealable bag or other marinating container along with 4-6 pieces of chicken or steak. Marinade for one hour to several hours.
