Ingredients
- Blue Cheese Butter:
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef servings
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 4 oz. butter, room temperature
- 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Shape beef and seasonings into patties. Preheat STOVE TOP GRILL and brush with oil. Place patties on grill and cook until done as desired. Turn once, about 6 minutes each side for rate, 8 for medium and 9 to 10 minutes for well done. Top each burger with a generous of Blue Cheese Butter.
For Blue Cheese Butter: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl using an electric mixer or food processor. If desired, butter may be shaped into a log using plastic wrap, covered with foil and frozen for future use. Serve on toasted buns with fresh tomato and onion.
