Ingredients

  • 500 g lean Ground turkey
  • Onion, diced
  • 1 clove Garlic ( I use 1/2 tsp Epicure minced garlic)
  • 796 ml Can diced tomatoes
  • 398 ml Can kidney beans
  • 398 ml Can mixed beans
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • Dash of chipotle chili

Preparation

Step 1

Fry turkey and onion,breaking the turkey up into little bits, until turkey is nearly cooked through and onions are soft. Add tomatoes with their juice, garlic and chili powders. Mix well. Drain and rinse beans and stir in. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
