Cabbage and Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 pound pan sausage
  • 1 whole cabbage sliced thin
  • 1 small apple chopped
  • 3 tablespoon honey balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown the sausage with the garlic and onions.

2. Add the meat mix to a dutch oven and place the apples on top of the meat then cover it with the slices of cabbage. Cook in the dutch oven covered on medium heat for 10 minutes then stir the cabbage into the meat.

3. Cook with the dutch oven covered for 10 more minutes then sprinkle on the honey balsamic vinegar.

4. Cook for another 10 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
