  • 6 cups of small grape or cherry tomatoes (I like to mix colors when I can)
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated pecarino or parm cheese
  • shredded parm to sprinkle
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced



Step 1

Slice the tomatoes and put them in a large bowl - sprinkle with salt to taste and toss.

In another bowl, whisk the buttermilk, sour cream, garlic and grated cheese. Drizzle dressing over the tomatoes and toss -

Top with a sprinkling of shredded parm.
