• Optional:
• 1 package dry Ranch style dressing
• 1 can beer (light)
• 4 pound beef roast
• Pearl onions
• Carrots
• Whole mushrooms
• Celery
• Potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cook on high all day (9-5). It should fall apart easily when done.
