Ingredients
- Lemon Butter:
- 1/2 C. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 oz. minced garlic
- 1 T. cracked peppercorns
- 1 T. Fresh thyme
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red chilies
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 lb. butter, softened
- 1/2 C. parsley, chopped
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 T. black pepper
- 8-10 anchovies, minced
- 4 10 oz. New York Steaks
Preparation
Step 1
For Marinade, mix all ingredients together. Marinate steaks for 24 hours.
For Lemon Butter:
In mixer, combine all ingredients and whip until well mixed. Remove from mixing bowl and place on waxed paper. Roll butter into tight log and refrigerate.
Grill steaks to desired wellness. Slice 1/4-inch of butter and place on top of steak. Serve with Twice Baked Roasted Garlic Potatoes.
