Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken, pork, or seafood
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Marinate chicken, pork or seafood in mixture for at least 1 hour before cooking.
