Asparagus - Balsamic broiled Asparagus

  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tea. salt
  • 1/4 tea. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place asparagus i a 15x10x1" baking pan.

Combine the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Brush halkf of the mixture over asparagus.

Broil 4" from heat for 8-10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

Brush with remaining mixture.
