Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked diced chicken
- 1 (2oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pimento
- 4 Tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup finely diced green pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup half and half
- 4 Tablespoons buter
Preparation
Step 1
Saute mushrooms and pepper in butter.
Blend in the flour, salt and pepper.
Stir in slowly the broth and half and half.
Add the chicken and pimento.
Bring to a boil and simmer until chicken is heated through.
Serve over toast, mashed potatoes, noodles or chinese noodles.
