Ingredients
- 1 cup miso
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 3 tbsp garlic hotsauce
- 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 lbs flank steak (cut into strips)

Combine first 4 ingredients
Put mixture and steak in a container to marinate for 2 hours
Grill or bake
