Kittie's Salsa

Ingredients

• 1 can whole kernel corn - rinsed
• 1 can black beans - rinsed
• 1 pkg grape tomatoes - chopped
• 1 red onion - chopped
• 1 green pepper - chopped
• 3-4 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
• 3-4 avocados, sprinkled with lime juice
• cilantro
• 1/2 bottle Newman's Own Olive Oil and Vinegar
• 1/2 bottle Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or as a side dish.
