Ingredients
- 1 16-ounce box elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Gherkins sweet pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 6-7 Sweet Gherkin pickles, chopped or 2 tbs sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 4-ounce cans baby shrimp

In a serving large bowl combine all the ingredients. Toss well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
