- 1-2 T. Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds or Hemp Seeds
- 1 T. Navitas Naturals Palm Sugar (optional)
- 1/4 Cup Navitas Naturals Goji Berries or Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
