- 1 AN PINK SALMON
- 1 EGG
- 1/3 CUP MINCED ONION
- 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- 1 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 CUP OIL
- SLICE CHEESE

Step 1
DRAIN SALMON, SET ASIDE 2 TBLS OF JUICE FROM CAN. IN A BOWL MIX SALMON, EGG AND ONION UNTIL STICKY. STIR IN FLOUR. ADD BAKING POWDER TO JUICE. STIR INTO SALMON. FORM INTO SMALL PATTIES AND FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. PUT CHEESE OVER TOP AND MELT.
