Ingredients
- The following will make over 40 Sfingi:
- 2 cups Presto self rising cake flour
- 2 cups Ricotta
- 14 tsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Vegetable oil (Canola Oil)
- Powdered sugar to sprinkle on after cooling
- To make less than 25/30, use 1/2 of all ingredients
Preparation
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in pot (do not bring to a boil)
Mix all ingredients (except for powdered sugar) together. Once oil is hot, use a teaspoon to drop in dollops of mix into oil.
*Dollops must float in oil*
