Rosemary Lemon Drop

Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar
  • 8 lemons
  • 8 rosemary sprigs
  • 3 bottles white wine (such as Pinot Grigio)

Preparation

Step 1

Boil 2 c water, 2 c sugar, peel from 8 lemons and 8 rosemary sprigs. When sugar dissolves, cool and strain. Fill 4-6 quart dispenser with 3 bottles white wine, juice from 8 lemons and half the syrup, adding more to taste. Stir in 6 c ice, citrus slices and fresh rosemary sprigs.
