Buttermilk Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 2 lb. red potatoes
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup fresh chives
- 1 Tbl. minced parsley
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and cut into desired pieces.
Combine mayo, sour cream, buttermilk, chives, parsley, and sugar in a bowl while potatoes cook.
Toss warm potatoes in the dressing till coated. Season with salt.
