Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of wonder bread
  • 9 eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

The night before serving, cut bread into cubes.
Place half the cubes in a 9x13 baking dish.
Beat 1/4 C sugar into cream cheese with one egg and vanilla.
Pour over bread cubes, top with remaining cubes.
Beat remaining eggs and add maple syrup, milk, and cinnamon.
Pour over bread.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Bake @ 350 covered for 45 minutes and uncovered an additional 10.
