Fire Roasted Tomato Creamy Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Chicken Breasts (about 1-1.5lbs)
  • 28oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 14oz can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 16 oz bag frozen corn
  • 8 oz cream cheese (ok to use light)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients in the crock pot. Set 4-6hrs on high.
Stir a few times throughout cook cycle.*
After 4 hours, shred chicken with two forks and mix well.
Serve over pasta of choice.
