Burgundy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 2 2 T canola
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 lb prosciutto
  • 4 4 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 onion
  • 1 1 1 green pepper
  • 1 1 1 tomato
  • 2-1/4 2-1/4 2-1/4 c Burgundy
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 t curry
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 t paprika
  • 1 1 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • S&P
  • 2-3 2-3 2-3 T cream, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ham; remove. Brown chicken; remove. Make sauce. Re-add chicken; simmer. Top with crispy prosciutto.
