Anna's Mexican Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked chicken, chopped up (can use canned chicken)
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 small bag of frozen peas
  • 1 can new potatoes, diced
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pepper and season salt to taste
  • Crispy flat tortilla shells

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Chill in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.
