Ingredients
- Add ons:
- 6 T. butter
- 2 10 oz. bags marshmallows
- 12 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup m&m's plain
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- Butter for fingers
- Salt for top
Preparation
Step 1
Spray a 10 x 16 baking pan with cooking spray. Melt butter and marshmallows on stovetop on low. Stir often as it will burn. Mix crispy rice and remaining ingredients together. Pour melted marshmallow mixture over cereal mixture. Stir well. Place in large baking pan (butter your fingers so it doesn't stick to you). Pat down evenly with fingers. Sprinkle a very small amount of salt over rice crispy mixture. Pat down again. Let cool completely. Cut into squares. The touch of salt on top along with the sweet mixture is a really good combination.
