Ingredients

• 1 cup 2 tbsp softened butter
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/4 cup custard powder
• Filling: Beat together
• 50 g softened butter
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 2 tbsp custard powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar.
Add vanilla.
Sift flour & custard powder together.
Mix sifted ingredients into creamed mixture.
Roll teaspoons full of mixture into balls.
Put onto greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork.
Bake @ 180c for 15 to 20 minutes
When cold sandwich together with butter filling.
