Ingredients

  • Pistachio instant pudding (sm.)
  • 1 can drained pineapple chunks (may use fruit cocktail)
  • Large Cool Whip
  • 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 c. coconut, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Whip together dry pudding and container of Cool Whip and fold in pineapple and marshmallows. Add coconut, optional. Keep refrigerated.
