Ingredients
- Pistachio instant pudding (sm.)
- 1 can drained pineapple chunks (may use fruit cocktail)
- Large Cool Whip
- 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 c. coconut, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Whip together dry pudding and container of Cool Whip and fold in pineapple and marshmallows. Add coconut, optional. Keep refrigerated.
