Stuffed Hot Dogs

Ingredients

• Hot Dogs/Brats/Knockwurst
• Jalepeno peppers sliced crosswise
• Monterey Jack/Cheddar/Munster/Gruyere
• cut into strips
• Hot dog buns

Preparation

Step 1

-slit and stuff each dog w/ cheese and jalapenos
-tie each dog in 2-3 places w/ butcher's string
-grill to brown on all sides
