Turkey Dressing

Ingredients

  • 8 C Cornbread
  • 1 1/2 Stick Margerine
  • 2 C Onion & Celery
  • 1 t pepper
  • 2 T Sage
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1 t Curry Powder
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Can Chicken Broth

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer butter, onions and celery until transparent. Then add milk and contunie to simmer until milk is hot. In large mixing bowl have ready 8 cups of cornbread, throw generous amount of chopped parsley 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon celery salt, 1/2 teaspoon curry powser. Pour milk onions mix over seasoned bread and mash mix well with potato masher. Then bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 mins.
