Alexander The Great Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small green cabbage sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 3/4 cup vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 2 T Lemon Juice
  • 4 T Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing; toss well. Add dressing; toss lightly. It is best to let sit for a few hours prior to eating. Hold back some of the dressing may be a little too much for some.
