Keto Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 slice bacon
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 3.5 oz chicken breast
  • 1 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 1 large hard boiled egg
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt/pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare and chop lettuce
2. Chop remaining ingredients and place in individual piles on top of the lettuce
3. Salt and pepper to taste. Add oil and vinegar or dressing of your choice
