Ingredients

• COOKIES AND CREAM:
• 1 18 oz box white cake mix
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 white chocolate chips
• 6 oreos crushed
• CHOCOLATE M&M'S:
• 1 18 oz box chocolate cake mix
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup mini M&M's
• MINT CHOCOLATE:
• 1 18 oz box chocolate cake mix
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup andes baking chips
• PECAN SPICE:
• 1 18 oz box spice cake mix
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat mat.

In large bowl add your cake mix, oil and eggs and mix to combined.

Add your mix-in and stir to combine.

Using a cookie scoop place onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are just golden, you will want them to look a little underdone because they will keep cooking.

Let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
