Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
  • caramel sauce

Preparation

Step 1


Spray a small dish or mug with non stick cooking spray.

Add butter into dish and microwave for 15-20 or until melted.

In a small bowl, whisk together egg, brown sugar and cocoa powder until fully combined.

Pour into dish with butter and whisk until smooth.

Microwave for 1 minute or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Drizzle top of cake with desired amount of caramel sauce before serving.
