Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2-1/2 cups buttermilk
- 3-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8-oz elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Whisk together eggs and buttermilk. Stir in melted butter, cheese and salt.
Add cooked pasta and stir to coat.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes.
