Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 3 tsps. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
Preparation
Step 1
Sift all dry ingredients together, add softened butter and sour milk
Mix till smoth, fold in cranberries
Beat oil, eggs and pumpkin until well blended and
add all at once to dry ingredients.
Stir just until moistened, fold in cranberries
Bake at 400F for 25-30 min. Makes 18 muffins.
