Ingredients
- 30 Minute Rolls
- 1 C warm water
- 1/3 C oil
- 2 Tbl dry active fast rising yeast
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 C flour (all purpose)
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400*
Combine water, oil, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Let stand 15 minutes.
Mix 2 cups of the flour, salt, and egg into yeast mixture using a dough hook on your mixer. You can use regular beaters but the dough will travel up your beaters and you will have to stop several times to scrape it down. Add the rest of the flour 1/2 cup at a time. Shape the dough into 12 equal balls and place in a 9x13 pan that has been spray with non-stick spray. Spray the dough balls with the non-stick spray and let the dough balls rest 10 minutes. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
