Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (from 3 lemons)
- 8 generous scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1-2 tbsp sugar, to taste
- Yellow sanding sugar, whipped topping, crushed lemon candies, thin lemon cookies and lemon zest, for serving
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together all ingredients (excluding toppings) adding sugar to taste. Wet rim of glass, roll through yellow sanding sugar. Pour milkshake into rimmed glass. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle on crushed lemon candies. Stand thin lemon cookies in whipped topping. Garnish with lemon zest. Serve immediately. Refrigerate or freeze any leftovers.
