Hot Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 4 ears of corn, grilled
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp chopped, fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together sour cream and cream cheese until well combined. Fold in corn, green onions, Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt and pepper. Transfer to 6 cup baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350° until bubbly, 30-40 minutes. Serve with pita chips or crostini.
