Pistachio Salad

A rich taste of marshmallows and Pistachio Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 Large can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 Box instant Pistachio pudding mix
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts (Sliced Almonds are good)
• 1 quart CoolWhip

Preparation

Step 1

Whip cream cheese; add pineapple and pudding mix; marshmallows and nuts. Mix well by hand and fold in coolwhip. Put in bowl you plan to serve in. Chill. Keep covered in refrigerator.
