Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup chunky salsa
- 3 pkgs cream cheese
- 4 cans crab meat
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 can green chillies, diced
- 1 tbsp jalapeno pepper, diced,(optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk and salsa in a small bowl. Coat slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Pour milk and salsa mixture into slow cooker. Chop cream cheese into chunks, and add it to slow cooker. Stir in crab, green onion, chillies and pepper. Turn slow cooker on to low and cook for 3 to 4 hours, stirring often. Serve in sourdough bread bowl with bread or crackers for dipping.
