Crunchy Slaw by Mike Owens

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag coleslaw
  • 2 packages Beef ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup oil (I use a little less)
  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together the oil, vinegar, sugar and the 2 flavor packets from the noodles for the dressing.
Combine the slaw, ramen noodles (broken into little pieces), sunflower seeds and almonds. Toss with the dressing right before serving so it stays crunchy.
