Turkey Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 pound turkey breast ground
  • 1 tbsp olice oil
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix together first 4 ingredients. Shape into 24 1 inch balls
2. Heat oil over medium high heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned about 3 minutes. Lower heat to medium and cook 3 more minutes. Transfer to plate
3. Add broth to skillet, increase heat to medium high. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Wisk in sour cream and cook one more minute. Add meatballs
