Southern-style Sauteed Collard Greens

Ingredients

  • 32 oz bag shredded collard greens
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup ham pieces
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat large saute pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes.
2. Place 1 Tbsp olive oil in pan; add collards, ham pieces, salt & pepper.
3. Cook 15-20 minutes or until collards have wilted & are soft.
