Coffee Toffee Pie

Ingredients

  • st layer:
  • 2 1/2 cups Oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup Margarine
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Ground nuts
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 oz Grated Chocolate
  • nd layer:
  • 2 sticks Margarine
  • 5 oz Bittersweet Chocolate
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Confectioner’s sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • rd layer:
  • 1/2 of 8oz Whip
  • 1/3 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Coffee
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1st layer:
1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Place in a 9x13 and bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.
2nd layer:
3. Melt margarine and chocolate chips together.
4. Beat remaining ingredients.
5. Combine the 2 mixtures and pour over crust.
6. Freeze.
3rd layer:
7. Dissolve coffee in vanilla.
8. Beat vanilla with remaining ingredients.
9. Spread over frozen 2nd layer.
10. Freeze again.
