Pie Crusts

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup + crisco (mound up on measuring cup)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Using side of a fork, mix shortening into flour using circular motion. Mix well. This can take about 5 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup water or more if needed (up to 1 tablespoon)

Mix water into flour mixture with fork.

Push down in bowl. Cut dough into fourths.
