Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 8 ounces plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 3 cloves pressed garlic
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy then combine with the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic. Blend thoroughly and serve.
